Refund Policy

JoyCurl Oil is a consumable beauty product applied directly to the body. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
1. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Because JoyCurl Oil is a hand-crafted, small-batch consumable applied to hair and skin, all purchases — whether one-time orders or auto-ship subscriptions — are non-refundable and non-returnable. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, send a replacement bottle. Replacements are the only remedy offered — no monetary refunds will be issued.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first. If the carrier confirms a loss, reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Joy Curl Magic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
4. Auto-Ship Subscriptions
You may cancel your auto-ship subscription at any time before your next billing date through the Manage subscription portal. Once a subscription order has been billed and shipped, that order is final and non-refundable, even if cancellation is requested afterward.
5. Allergies & Sensitivities
JoyCurl Oil contains natural botanicals. We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and performing a patch test before full application. Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities are not eligible for a refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after checkout. We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
